Dr Ekberg's Garlic Lemon Wings

Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Nut Free, Sugar Free, MSG Free, Chemical Free


  • 30g Garlic (6-8 medium cloves)
  • 20g (1-2 inches) Ginger
  • 4 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 30 Chicken Wings


  • 400 degrees oven
  • Place chicken wings in a very large (16x10) or two small (9x9) Pyrex dishes
  • Mix garlic, lemon juice, ginger, and EVOO in a small bowl
  • Pour sauce mix over chicken wings
  • Use hands or sauce brush to coat the chicken wings on all sides with sauce
  • Flip when one side is golden brown (about 20 mins)
  • Flip a second time (about 20 mins) 
  • Cook for 60 mins total or until the liquid is evaporated and the wings are crispy
