Our fast growing holistic chiropractic and advanced nutrition clinic is looking to add a Licenced Massage Therapist to join our team! We are looking for people who are honest, professional, and have a positive attitude. If this sounds like an environment in which you would excel, we’d love to talk with you about this opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Provide 15- to 90-minute massages for appointment holders. There maybe an occasional walk-in at our location that we would call and ask if you could come in
- Help clients choose the type of massage that would benefit them most
- Take detailed histories from clients, including information about any injuries or conditions
- Design sessions around clients’ specific complaints or problem areas or doctor's suggestions
- Listen to clients during massages and adjust technique to meet their needs
- Suggest massage schedules for recurring sessions
Skills
- Current and valid state license for massage therapy ** Required
- Reliable transportation required Excellent customer service ** Required
- Experience working in a spa or therapy center environment ** Preferred
