Ingredients
- 85g parsley, chopped without stems
- 5g fresh mint, chopped
- 85g onion
- 3g salt (1/8 teaspoon)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 70g - 1-1,5 lemons (peeled and meat removed like a grapefruit)
- 100g extra virgin olive oil
- 85g romain (optional)
- 75 g chopped pecans, macadainia, pine nuts, and/or walnuts
Directions
- Mix ingredients in a bowl
