Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Nut Free, Sugar Free, MSG Free, Chemical Free
Ingredients:
- 30g Garlic (6-8 medium cloves)
- 8 Tbs Texas Pete style Hot Sauce
- 4 Tbs lemon juice
- 4 Tbs soy sauce or Bragg's aminos
- 1 Tbs curry powder
- 30 Chicken Wings
Instructions:
- 400 degrees oven
- Place chicken wings in a very large (16x10) or two small (9x9) Pyrex dishes
- Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl
- Pour sauce mix over chicken wings
- Use hands or sauce brush to coat the chicken wings on all sides with sauce
- Leave wings uncovered
- Put in the oven
- Flip when one side is golden brown (about 20 mins)
- Flip a second time (about 20 mins)
- Cook for 60 mins total or until the liquid is evaporated and the wings are crispy with dark brown areas
